The Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) and the Korea Consumer Agency (KCA) jointly hosted the 10th Asian Forum on Consumer Policy, held from September 10 to 12 at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul.

Since its launch in 2007, the Forum has provided an essential platform for sharing consumer policy trends and discussing ways to address emerging consumer issues among Asian countries.

This year, delegates from consumer authorities and associations across nine countries, a representative from UNCTAD, and international consumer policy experts convened to exchange views on consumer policy developments, cross-border e-commerce disputes and the challenges posed by the AI-driven era.
