CDSC to Proceed with Collective Dispute Settlement in relation to gift certificates and Happymoney sold through TMON and WeMakePrice

On Monday February 10, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission, hereinafter referred to as the “Commission”) announced its decision to initiate collective settlement procedures for two applications made in relation to gift certificates sold through online shopping malls operated by TMON and WeMakePrice, and Happymoney gift certificates issued by Happymoney Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Happy Money”).
