The Consumer Dispute Settlement Committee of the Korea Consumer Agency (Chairperson Byun Ung-jae, hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) has published the “Dispute Settlement Casebook for the Elderly” to assist elderly people in resolving consumer disputes and strengthen their capabilities. This is the second collection of case studies following the publication of a casebook for young adults last year.
