On Monday, April 29, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Committee (Chaired by Byeon Woong-jae, hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) decided to initiate a collective dispute mediation process regarding randomized paid items (Red Cubes, Black Cubes) sold in the Maple Story game made by Nexon Korea Co., Ltd.
