Satisfaction with LCCs High for “Flight Service” and Low for “Rates and Additional Benefits” -Rates of LCCs need to be 38.1% lower than FSCs, according to survey respondents- With the recent increase in demand for air passenger transport, there has been a rise in the number of consumers opting for low-cost carriers (LCCs). Korea Consumer Agency (KCA, President Yoon Soo Hyun) conducted a consumer satisfaction survey on Korea’s four major LCCs, with results indicating high satisfaction for the airlines’ “flight service”, but low for “rates and additional benefits.” |
