The Path to Refunds for Defective Secondhand Goods Is Broadening -Pledge on Product Safety and Dispute Settlement Signed with Four Major Secondhand Goods Online Platforms- On June 12, 2023, the Korea Consumer Agency and the Korea Fair Trade Commission signed an Pledge with four leading secondhand trading platform companies regarding “Product Safety and Dispute Settlement for Secondhand Goods Trading Platforms." This pledge is intended to ensure consumer safety from hazardous products as the distribution of such products continues to increase in tandem with the recent significant increase in the use of such trading platforms. |
