KCA Signs an MOU With Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine

- Expanding the ground for consumer safety by preventing distribution of unqualified goods -

On Monday, October 31, 2022, Korea Consumer Agency(President Jang Duck-Jin, KCA) and Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine(President Li Wentao, CAIQ) signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in blocking distribution of unqualified goods and safeguarding consumer safety.

* Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine (CAIQ) : An affiliated public institute of State Administration for Market Regulation of China, which conducts safety inspection on foods and chemical items, develops inspection technology and legislates and manages national standards
