Beware of Websites Impersonating THE NORTH FACE
- Impersonating websites attract consumers by exposing discount advertisement on social media and cause consumer damage by not delivering purchased goods or being inaccessible -
Consumers are recommended to pay attention to the damage caused by overseas online shopping malls impersonating THE NORTH FACE, an outdoor clothing brand.
A total of 21 consumer counseling cases* related to impersonated websites of THE NORTH FACE, all of whom were named “NFWEAR,” have been reported to Korea Consumer Agency (Director Jang Duck-Jin, KCA) between December 2021 and January 2022.
