The Korea Consumer Agency (KCA, President Lee Hee-sook) has investigated terms and conditions used by major online shopping malls and their online advertisements of major consumer products related to COVID-19 and found out that improvements need to be made about their unfair terms and conditions and false/exaggerated advertisements.
