The KCA have opened new regional offices in Incheon & Ulsan

    The KCA have opened Incheon regional office(Sept 4th) and Ulsan regional office(Sept 18th) to closely cooperate with local goverment & consumer groups and to protect local consumers.

With these 2 new offices, the KCA have total 9 regionoal offices and 1 travelers' protection center(Jeju). These regional offices improve local consumer interests through ▲consumer redress service ▲monitor local market transactions and consumer safety ▲ consumer education for vulnerable consumers ▲ joint effort with local government on consumer issues.
