The KCA has called on a mobile carrier(KT Corporation) and a manufacturing company (Pinplay Corporation) for swift actions for consumer safety.Businesses have agreed to carry out the free distribution of protection cap of metal protection terminal, free repair service of broken metal charging terminal, full refund or compensation for skin problems, suspension of sales of products and improvement for new products.

 

 

The KCA said that manufacturing companies offer the protection cap for free(since 10  March, 2017) but customers who didn’t get the cap yet are asked to avoid skin contact with metal charging terminal and contact manufacturing companies at 070-4009-1509 for the free protection cap.
