Korea Consumer Agency Offers Consumer Information to Home Appliance Companies - Providing analysis of consumer complaints related to quality and A/S of air conditioner and dehumidifier -
The Korea Consumer Agency(www.kca.go.kr) provided information on analysis of consumer complaints associated with air conditioner and dehumidifier received by the 1372 consumer counseling center during one year to home appliance companies timed to coincide with plan and development of new summer home appliance. * 1372 consumer counseling center(www.ccn.go.kr) : a nationwide counseling system participated by 10 consumer organizations, 16 metropolitan city?do, local governments, and Korea Consumer Agency This was the third time for the KCA to offer customized information followed by information provision of travel business and public sector (game service), as the KCA promoted vitalization of utilizing government 3.0 and public data.
This customized information for home appliance companies including consumer complaints and improvements which the companies could refer to when developing products related to quality of air conditioner and dehumidifier, A/S, etc. would be provided in the stage of planning new products. The KCA expected that this customized information which contains consumers' voice would be helpful in prevention of consumer complaints, and improvement of quality and A/S. The KCA which has kept offering customized information for companies and public sector plans to strengthen the private use of public data by analyzing and providing information in different industries. |
