* The highest sugar content product per one serving size is the ' Maxwell house original coffee mix(Dongsuh Food)' (7.0g), and the lowest sugar content product is the 'E-mart starmix instant mocha gold coffee mix(E-mart Company ltd.)'(4.9g). The highest reaches up to 1.4 times the lowest by products.
Drinking two cups of instant coffee mix products which have high caffeine contents equals to consuming 40% of the recommended daily intake(400mg), as caffeine content per one serving size is 40.9~77.2mg(average 52.2mg)*.
* The 'E-mart starmix instant mocha gold coffee mix (77.2mg) (E-mart Company ltd.)' contains the highest caffeine content per one serving size. On the other hand, the 'Maxim white gold coffee mix(Dongsuh Food)' (40.9mg) has the lowest level of caffeine, approximately twice lower than the former.
As coffee is the processed food that has a significant impact on consumption of sugar and caffeine, consumers should be cautious of consuming excessive sugar and caffeine.
