Unifying Online Counseling System for E-commerce to Promote Consumers' Convenience

「Unifying Online Counseling System for Consumer Damages」 was chosen as 'Excellent collaborative project of public institutions' which the Korea Consumer Agency(www.kca.go.kr) has conducted with three other public institutions including the National IT Industry Promotion Agency.

 

Last July, the Ministry of Strategy and Finance carried out thirty collaborative projects for removing personal partitions in the offices and providing good quality of public service. The Five excellent collaborative projects was selected among fifteen projects through the evaluation meeting of public institutions('14.3.13) comprised of private experts.

 

「Unifying Online Counseling System for Consumer Damages」is considered to enhance the accessibility and convenience of consumers, and to resolve any national inconvenience in a prompt and efficient manner. The four public institutions, the Korea Consumer Agency, the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, the Korea Creative Content Agency, and the Korean Legal Aid Corporation, cooperate to offer professional counseling service by product items and the prompt counseling system by improving the counseling process.

 

The KCA plans to boost the national convenience by activating the counseling service for consumer damages via the unification of the counseling system for E-commerce.
