The VCA-KCA Consulting Project for Revitalizing Vietnamese Consumer Policy is currently underway by the Korea Consumer Agency (KCA) with the support of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to help the Vietnam Competition Authority (VCA) to establish consumer protection system customized for the Vietnamese consumer policy and economy. 

   The Project shall be run until 2015, starting this year. And, the Project scope covers consulting project for consumer policy revitalization in Vietnam, nurturing consumer protection experts, VCA-KCA Working Party (WP) Workshop. The consulting is going to be systematically provided for fields of consumer policy, consumer information provision and education, and consumer counseling and redress. Meanwhile, internship program and invitation training are underway or scheduled for Vietnamese government officials in charge of consumer protection to nurture consumer experts. 

   The Project is expected to contribute to revitalization of economic exchange in the Asian region by seeking a way to resolve cross-border consumer disputes and further enhancing consumer trust in the Region.
