Battery's performance has improved more than 1.85 times, 
but its price has risen more than 9 times.

 For consumers wishing to choose batteries wisely, they are advised to buy cheap batteries for remote controllers and toys, and expensive batteries for cameras.  

 According to the results of the KCA’s testing of twelve AA batteries (which cannot be recharged after use) sold by wholesale stores, it was found that their performances were 1.56~1.85 times. However, "TESCO power hightech" was cheapest at KR￦300, while the "energizer ultimate lithium" was priced at KR￦2,725, i.e., the latter cost nine times as much.

 Especially when using a remote controller or a digital door-lock battery, which is temporary used in low energy, low consumed battery, the difference in performance between "rocket power"(KR￦887.5 per battery) and "energizer" was observed to be 1.56 times. 

 In contrast, for low consumed batteries, the "TESCO power tech" was the best of those tested, while the "Energizer ultimate lithium" was the worst. For middle consumed batteries used in vibrating toys, the difference in terms of performance between "Rocket Power" and "Energizer" was 1.85 times, while the difference between high consumed batteries was over 7.5 times. 

 The KCA advised consumers to consider the price rationally when buying low consume batteries, and to consider the exchange cycle, price and performance when purchasing high consume batteries. Considering the economics of primary and secondary batteries(rechargeable batteries), secondary batteries were investigated as higher as tested up to 125~364 times. This should be helpful to consumers wishing to buy secondary batteries.
