Official blog (http://blog.kca.go.kr) of the Korea Consumer Agency witnessed a million of blogger visitors as of March 4th.

The KCA blog, which was launched in January 2006 and named Blog where consumers are happy, is part of the KCAs efforts to increase SNS exposures to interact with consumers and provide useful information online. And it is provided with not only major articles of the Consumer Age, a monthly consumer magazine with various information about shopping, everyday life, consumer complaints, and damage compensation but also diversified consumer information generated by the KCA such as consumer damage newsflash and video contents of Consumer TV produced and distributed by the KCA.  Also, the blog started posting news report by university reporter in line with launch of a university press corps in 2010.

By visiting the blog, consumers can look up for useful information online that might help daily consumption life and prevent consumer damages and also get a feedback from a person in charge by potting a comment if they have queries. In particular, as more and more consumers try to look for information online recently, there are an increasing number of cases when consumers post damage cases or make inquiries about ways to deal with the situation online.
