The Korea Consumer Agency (President: Kim Young-seen, www.kca.go.kr) revealed that it would establish and start a temporary operation of a ‘Consumer Complaint Center related to Chusok Holiday’ for about three weeks from Sept. 13th to Sept. 30th. Consumers who have complaints related to foods and goods to be used for preparing ancestral rites and ceremony, Chusok gifts, or door-to-door delivery services can directly file their complaints to the specially designed Center.
Meanwhile, the KCA continued to state that it would operate the direct line for consumer counseling (02-3460-3324) during the holidays, while the Consumer Counseling Center (1372) would do its utmost efforts to promptly proceed with consumer complaints specially related to the Chusok Holidays. The KCA encouraged consumers to make the best use of these consumer counseling measures during the Chusok Holiday Season.
