Customer Satisfaction Survey on Major Four Condominiums in Sorak Region - Average for ‘Room Facilities’ & ‘Human Service Quality’, yet Unsatisfactory for ‘Subsidiary Facilities’

The Korea Consumer Agency recently conducted a survey on customer satisfaction on major four condominiums (Daemyung Resort, Ilsung Condominium, Kensington Resort, & Hanwha Resort). According to the survey results, overall customer satisfaction was at the ‘Average’ level (64.1 points out of 100).  
By category, Daemyung Resort took the first ranking with 72.6 points for Room Facilities, followed by Hanwha Resort (68.1), Kensington Resort (65.0), and Ilsung Condominium (62.3).
 For Human Service Quality, Daemyung Resort stood at the top with 68.6 points followed by Hanwha Resort, Kensington Resort, Ilsung Condominium at 68.1, 65, and 62.3, respectively.
In Revisit Intention, Daemyung Resort ranked top with 71.2 points while Hanwha Resort, Kensington Resort, & Ilsung Condominium stood at 70.4, 65.4, and 64.2, respectively.
The KCA provided the detailed survey results on its T-gate (www.tgate.or.kr), a portal site providing information on goods selection on Sept 17, 2009.

■ Average for ‘Room Facilities’ & ‘Human Service Quality’, yet Unsatisfactory for ‘Subsidiary Facilities’ 

     According to the survey results, satisfaction for subsidiary facilities such as restaurants and facilities for convenience was low at 57.9 points compared to reservation process, room facilities, and human service quality at higher 67.2, 67.0, and 66.7, respectively.

     Daemyung Resort stood in the first rank with 72.6 points for
Room Facilities such as maintenance & repair, cleanliness and air-conditioning (and heating) followed by Hanwha Resort (68.1), Kensington Resort (65.0), and Ilsung Condominium (62.3).
