Some Children’s Headphones Purchased via Overseas Direct Purchase Fail to Meet Domestic Safety Standards

With the increasing use of headphones by children for online learning, gaming, travel, and long-distance commuting, more consumers are purchasing children's headphones from overseas direct purchase platforms. In response, the Korea Consumer Agency (President Yoon Soo Hyun) conducted an investigation into the safety of 20 children's headphone products sold on major overseas direct purchase platforms. The investigation revealed that 35% (7 products) failed to meet domestic safety standards, indicating the need for consumer caution.
