CDSC to Proceed with Collective Dispute Settlement in relation to Purchases of Travel, Accommodation, and Airline Tickets from Tmon and WeMakePrice On September 30, 2024, the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission (Chairperson Byun Ung-jae, hereinafter referred to as the “Commission”) decided to initiate collective dispute settlement procedures regarding the failure to issue refunds in relation to purchases of travel, accommodation, and airline tickets arising due to delays in settling payments to vendors by Tmon Co., Ltd. and WeMakePrice Co., Ltd.. |
