Items Unauthorized for Online or Private Transaction Are Being Distributed Via Online Secondhand Platforms - Numbers of consumer complaints are related to purchased products not matching the description given by the seller - The market size of secondhand transaction* is growing due to the changes in consumer value, such as pursuit of reasonable consumption, and the emergence of different online platforms for trading secondhand goods. A research on four online secondhand platforms** by Korea Consumer Agency(President Jang Duck-Jin, KCA) shows that numbers of complaints are related to purchased products not matching the description given by the seller.
