The market size of secondhand transaction* is growing due to the changes in consumer value, such as pursuit of reasonable consumption, and the emergence of different online platforms for trading secondhand goods.

A research on four online secondhand platforms** by Korea Consumer Agency(President Jang Duck-Jin, KCA) shows that numbers of complaints are related to purchased products not matching the description given by the seller. It also requires an attention to the fact that items that are not permitted for online transaction are being traded on these platforms.
