Issues With Defects and Repair Take the Largest Share of the Consumer Complaints About Interior Design Services - Consumers are recommended to closely check the constructor information and liability period of construction works - As people tend to spend more time at home since the spread of COVID-19, demand for home interior has increased as well*. However, as a result of analyzing the complaints it received, the Korea Consumer Agency (President Jang Duck-Jin, KCA) found that many consumer damage cases arise from deficiency or delay of service related to construction defects. * In 2021, the average consumption related to home interior per month increased by 19.2% from that of 2020 (Statistics Korea, Household Survey) |
