Consumer counseling increased by 16.9% due to COVID-19 in February 2020 The Korea Consumer Agency (President Lee Hee-sook) and the Korea National Council of Consumer Organizations (President Joo Kyung-soon) said that the total number of consumer counseling cases in February 2020 increased by 16.9% compared with the previous month according to the result of the analysis, using a big data system*, of consumer counseling cases received at 1372 Consumer Counseling Center**. * A system to collect and analyze data received at 1372 Consumer Counseling Centers and external SNS services ** A nationwide integrated consumer call center, run by the Korea Fair Trade Commission, which involves the Korea National Council of Consumer Organizations, the Korea Consumer Agency, and local governments. |
