Collect & provide consumer-related information
Conduct research & studies on improving consumption life
Examine transaction terms & methods including the safety, quality,
  standard and price of goods and services
Provide education & promote activities on consumer protection
Technical Position Conduct test & inspections on the safety, quality and standard of goods and services
Research Position Research & recommend policies and laws related to consumer protection
Contract Position Counselor Handle consumer complaints (offline/online)
Secretary Secretary to the board of directors
